Order Fulfillment Most in stock orders usually ship in 1 to 3 business days. Photomints and coins are shipped direct from the manufacturer, which may take an extra 4-7 business days. Most Next Day orders received before 12PM EST will ship the same business day. We will not charge your card until your item is ready to ship.

Out of Stock Items All listed merchandise on the site is available as of the last time the database was updated. Occasionally, an item will be on backorder. In this event, we will contact you right away. Cancellation of Orders We can cancel your order if the item has not shipped. Please contact us by phone or e-mail to cancel your order.
Return Policy All items are subject to a 30 day return/exchange policy. Please contact us by phone or e-mail before sending your item back to us. Please be aware: -Opened DVDs & software can only be exchanged for same item only -All non-damaged returns must be returned in the same condition (attached tags, etc) -Shipping for returns shall be paid for by customer. Damaged/incorrect items, we will issue a pre-paid return label.
Refunds after the 30 day period will be issued in store credit only (to be used on this site, ManiacJoe.com, or our eBay store)
Tax Policy We are required to collect 7% sales tax if your order is purchased in New Jersey.
